Walk in to release. Rest at the centre. Walk out with joy.
Begin at the opening at the bottom
I walk the labyrinth torelease my everyday cares.I let peace fill my bodyand bring healing to me.I embrace my life with joy.May you find thepeace you seek.
Place your finger in the opening at the bottom and begin.
Trace slowly, keeping your finger inside the open path. There are no wrong turns — the one path always leads to the centre and back out again. Rather be led? Tap Guided walk. On a keyboard, click the labyrinth and hold the → key to walk.
Lisa's prayer
A Prayer for the Walk
The words appear line by line as you walk. Here is the whole prayer to read slowly before you begin, or to carry with you after.
I walk the labyrinth to release my everyday cares. I let peace fill my body and bring healing to me. I embrace my life with joy. May you find the peace you seek.

How to walk
Three Movements
Walking inRelease. Let each turn loosen what you are carrying today.
At the centreReceive. Rest here as long as you like, and let peace fill you.
Walking outReturn. Carry what you found back into your life, with joy.
Go at the pace of your breath. There is no finish line.
Try your non-dominant hand. It slows you down and quiets the busy mind.
If your finger slips off the path, set it back where you left off and carry on. Losing the thread and finding it again is part of the walk.
About this labyrinth
The Labyrinth at Solquest
This is the labyrinth on the land at Solquest Retreat in Southern Arizona, where Lisa leads guided walks and Color Affirmation™ sessions. Its single path winds through six circuits to the centre and back out again.
A labyrinth is not a maze. There are no dead ends and nothing to solve, so the mind can rest while the body walks. You can use this one when you cannot be on the land — before a visit, after one, or anywhere you need a quiet walk.
